I am Chammee’ and I love all things related to birth! From a family finding out their expecting to meeting the new baby-everytime is magical! I have been a surgical technologist for the past two decades(general surgery, pediatrics, trauma, transplant and of course labor and delivery). I’m no stranger to on call life. My medical background enhances my work as a doula, IBCLC, and photographer.

Those fleeting seconds when a life arrives into the world signify the moment you and your child begin your next chapters of life together. The experience of birthing life is as beautiful as it is overwhelming. As your doula, I will help you navigate your birth journey to make the best choice for you. I will assist you at home, hospital or birthing center. I am also a Novant Credentialed Doula, for those of you who are delivering at their facilities. Breastfeeding may seem easy until you do it. That’s where I can help you in the comfort of your own home. As your photographer, my job is to capture the beauty of your family from the very beginning. I get to document your sacred birthing experience in a way that maintains its integrity. As your child and family grow, you’ll have the images we captured together, reminding you of the moment where it all began. From the first labor pains to that precious moment when your baby is in your arms, these images will last lifetimes. I love my craft so much, I became certified in birth photography by The Beauty In Birth.
